The G.S. 20 Express Workout™ Training Center is located at the Nautilus Fitness Center in beautiful northern Michigan town of Gaylord. This picturesque area is located on the 45th parallel and is surrounded by thousands of acres of beautiful forests and lovely lakes and rolling hills.

Gaylord is one of the fastest-growing cities in Michigan and a popular area for winter sports and golf in the summer. The high elevation, abundant snowfall and scenic beauty provide ideal conditions for downhill skiing and snowboarding. Snowmobiling and cross-country skiing are also very popular. Ninety lakes in the Gaylord area as well as rivers and the Pigeon River State Forest (105,000 acres), offer a unique recreational experience and also some of the best hiking and biking in Michigan.
